Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a skilled polisher/deburrer to join our manufacturing client’s team in the United States. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hand finishing, deburring, and polishing to tight tolerances and complex shapes. GD&T knowledge is essential, and attention to detail is required to ensure high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities include operating manual buffers/polishers, sizing radii and surfaces, and breaking sharp edges to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hand finishing, polishing and deburring.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
• Experience inspecting parts with close tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-operated buffers and polishers to achieve a level of detail and perfection.
• Must have work with deburring parts
• Must finish operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces, radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required.
• Must be able to work on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape.
