Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a precision, low-to-mid volume production environment.
• Deep expertise in machining and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and inspection methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
