Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a skilled machinist to operate CNC and manual machines, interpret drawings, and ensure precision parts meet specifications. You will work with engineering to optimize processes and uphold quality across the production floor.

The role requires 4+ years in machining, CAD/CAM proficiency (ACAD/Mastercam), GD&T knowledge, and the ability to work with graphite and other materials. A security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years machining or related experience.
• CAD/CAM experience with ACAD and Mastercam.
• Ability to perform basic precision measurements with calipers and micrometers.
• Prototype experience from drawing to finished part (setup, fixturing, machining).
• Manual milling and turning experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• US Person per export laws requirement.
• GD&T experience to ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with Haas/Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision parts per engineering specs.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for accurate machining.
• Perform quality inspections and document conformity and measurements.
• Collaborate with engineering/production to optimize processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per standards.
• Develop machining processes, fixturing and tooling design/selection.
• Produce parts with tight tolerances and handle graphite machining as needed.
