Job summary

F & B Mfg Llc seeks a Sr. Operations Manager to lead machining and tool room operations for aerospace and semiconductor components in Phoenix.

You will direct complex CNC machining, production planning, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of manufacturing leadership, 5+ years in machining, BS in engineering or related field, and proven ability to drive productivity, OEE, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC machining, tool room, and supporting manufacturing operations for aerospace and semiconductor components.
• Develop operational strategies for high-mix, low-volume aerospace production and high-precision semiconductor environments.
• Drive productivity, capacity planning and equipment utilization across advanced machining technologies.
• Lead manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions and advanced customer programs.
