Job summary

Bruker Nano Surface Metrology is seeking a Manufacturing and Assembly Technician in Camarillo, CA. The role focuses on inspecting finished goods, assembling into packaging, and maintaining safe cleanroom operations.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs are essential, with experience in mechanical/optical/electrical manufacturing preferred. You will work with waivers and small parts, use optical microscopes, and enter test results into Excel or a similar database.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in mechanical/optical/electrical manufacturing.
• Able to read SOPs and follow work instructions.
• Capable of handling fragile wafers and small parts.
• Skilled with cleanroom safety and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom environment; gown and perform tasks.
• Inspect finished goods for quality conformance and package.
• Read and follow SOPs and WI; use microscopes for inspection.
• Operate test equipment and document results in Excel/dB.
• Maintain organized work area and complete required training.
• Escalate issues to superiors; provide progress updates.
