Job summary

Draper is seeking a Senior Precision Analog/Power Electronics Engineer in Cambridge, MA to design, simulate, and test analog and power electronics for diverse applications. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizes system designs for reduced size, weight, and power.
  • Designs new products and develops technical specifications for production.
  • Analyzes hardware configuration and processing solutions and tests hardware conformance to specifications.
  • Independently drives solutions to complex problems and adapts to changing requirements.
  • Develops advanced architectures and designs for complex electronics as SME.
  • Involved in business development and proposal activities.
  • Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies.
  • Manages multi-disciplinary tasks with cross-functional teams and communicates status to leadership.
