Job summary

Computational Physics, Inc. (CPI) is seeking a Full-Time Precise Time Network Administrator to support our USNO, Washington DC operations. The role covers administration, maintenance, and modernization of network devices with a focus on security and uptime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of enterprise network management experience with ASA/Firepower, CCNP certification, and a TS clearance. Hybrid on-site work at USNO is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network management experience with ASA firewalls, Firepower devices, and Firepower Threat Defense.
• CCNP certification is required.
• Security+ certification is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and modernize network devices for PT applications.
• Update, patch, scan, and report status of network devices.
• Manage network equipment lifecycle, inventory, and sparing.
• Coordinate with operational stakeholders to minimize impact on operations.
