The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with 10+ years in precast design, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or ABET-accredited equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• 10+ years of experience in precast concrete design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and supervisors.
• Oversee design teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Review engineering calculations and drawings for accuracy.
• Interpret architectural and structural plans to ensure feasibility.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support to sales for prospective projects.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
