Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases, focused on settlement negotiations in high-valuation cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of case managers to ensure efficient handling of personal injury cases.
• Ensure clients receive appropriate and timely medical treatment.
• Directly handle settlement negotiations for high-value cases to reach favorable outcomes.
• Review medical records and communicate with clients to document treatment progress.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, physicians, and healthcare providers to negotiate settlements.
• Monitor case timelines to ensure smooth progression in the pre-litigation process.
• Provide guidance and support to case managers, including gathering medical records.
• Assess cases for settlement readiness and strategize negotiation approaches.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for pre-litigation handling.
