Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of case managers to ensure efficient handling of personal injury cases.
• Oversee that clients receive timely and appropriate medical treatment in line with case needs.
• Direct settlement negotiations for high-value cases to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Review medical records and coordinate with clients to document treatment progress.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, physicians, and other parties to negotiate settlements.
• Monitor case timelines and progress of the pre-litigation process.
• Provide guidance and support to case managers on gathering medical records and aligning treatment with the case strategy.
• Assess settlement readiness and develop negotiation strategies.
