Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles to oversee medical treatment aspects of high-valuation personal injury cases and manage a team of case managers. You will conduct settlement negotiations to reach favorable outcomes and ensure compliance with all pre-litigation requirements.

You will guide the team, review medical documentation, and coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to support case progression and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases with focus on high-valuation settlements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of case managers for efficient handling of personal injury cases.
• Ensure clients are receiving appropriate and timely medical treatment.
• Directly handle settlement negotiations for high-value cases.
• Review medical records and communicate with clients to document treatment progress.
• Collaborate with insurers, physicians, and other providers to negotiate settlements.
• Monitor case timelines to ensure pre-litigation processes progress smoothly.
• Guide case managers in gathering medical records and aligning treatment with case needs.
• Assess cases for settlement readiness and strategize settlement approaches.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for pre-litigation handling.
