The Recruiting Hive in Los Angeles is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage high-value personal injury cases. You will oversee a team of case managers, ensure timely medical treatment, and lead settlement negotiations to obtain favorable results.

You will review medical records, coordinate with insurers and healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with pre-litigation requirements. This role offers strong earning potential and a collaborative, client-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California law license.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury experience with focus on high-valuation settlements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of case managers to ensure efficient handling of personal injury cases.
• Focus on ensuring clients are receiving appropriate and timely medical treatment.
• Directly handle settlement negotiations for high-value cases and strive for favorable outcomes.
• Review medical records and communicate with clients to ensure ongoing care and document treatment progress.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, physicians, healthcare providers, and other parties to negotiate settlements.
• Monitor case timelines to ensure the pre-litigation process progresses smoothly.
• Provide guidance to case managers in gathering medical records and aligning treatment with case needs.
• Assess cases for settlement readiness and strategize on negotiation approaches.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for pre-litigation work.

Skills
