Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful, streamlined, timely, and compliant onboarding and redeployment of our Technician employee base.
- Work directly with our Technical Recruiting (TR) team to create a smooth transition to the onboarding process that includes but is not limited to Background Checks (BG), Drug Tests (DT), Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), any other required testing, and onboarding paperwork, resulting in a successful technician deployment.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues with TR when necessary.
- Review client contracts to glean onboarding specifications.
- Based on contractual obligations, update the ATS with accurate client credential details.
- Ensure our background check and drug screening vendor is set up with accurate checks and screenings.
- Periodic review of onboarding paperwork to ensure legal compliance and contractual obligations as they may relate to specific client requirements.
- Review and propose exceptions to our internal process while maintaining compliance with state and federal law and our clients' expectations.
- Run monthly BG/DT inactive report to identify eligible technicians.
- Track and maintain in-progress BG/DT/MVR, as well as all onboarding paperwork.
- Manage relationship with BG/DT/MVR and I-9 vendors to ensure compliance and troubleshoots any concerns that may arise.
- Stay abreast of ever-changing employment laws regarding BG/DT/MVR and Form I-9. Propose changes to update policies and maintain compliance.
- Effectively communicate with technicians throughout the pre-employment process, expressing urgency when timely results are not met. Communication via phone, text, email, through the ATS, etc.
- Train new TR and Project Success Managers (PSM) on complete and accurate completion of their requirements associated with Pre-Employment.

- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Pre-Employment experience
- Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Understanding of nationwide compliance specific to onboarding and screening
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS (Paylocity) & ATS (Bullhorn)
