Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering, construction management, transportation planning, architecture, or related field.
• Professional Engineer license in South Carolina is strongly preferred and may be required depending on responsibilities.
• Progressive experience leading transportation/infrastructure or preconstruction programs.

Responsibilities
