Job summary

Crawford Hoying in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Estimator to provide full-time support to the Vice President of Pre-Construction. The role frequently interacts with clients and contractors, assisting management in preparing Estimates and budgets.

You will gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents, identify labor, materials and time requirements, and attend bid and owner meetings with stakeholders to deliver timely budgets.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or 7–10 years equivalent experience.
• Must be able to review plans and evaluate drawings quickly and accurately.
• Familiarity with local jurisdictions, codes, and review processes a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to give clear directions and respond to inquiries.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
