Job summary

Sentara Health in Elizabeth City, NC is hiring a full-time Practice Manager III to lead ambulatory care operations with 25+ staff. You will partner with clinical leadership to ensure efficient clinics, oversee budgets, risk management, and policy compliance, and drive patient experience and financial performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, or 7 years PM experience in lieu. Healthcare leadership and supervisory experience in ambulatory settings are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 7 years PM experience acceptable in lieu.
• Healthcare experience and supervisory leadership in ambulatory care (preferred).
• Strong operational, financial oversight and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for clinics with 25+ staff and/or complex workflows.
