About the role:
Manage consulting practice to ensure engagements meet customer needs, business requirements, and future business growth objectives as well as supporting overall FIS objectives and revenue and profitability goals.

About the team:

FIS Energy Trading, Risk and Logistics Platform is a flexible, cloud-native platform designed to help you calculate market-to-market positions in real time, capture physical and financial instruments for multiple commodities, and analyze historical and interval market data from various sources.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage Energy Practice revenue, cost, and margin targets globally and take action to close gaps between forecast and budget.
  • Manage capacity to ensure resources are staffed correctly to achieve budget.
  • Work with Management to understand product strategy and ensure services plans/goals are aligned.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as product, sales, pre-sales, development, and Customer Experience.
  • Represent Consulting Services' interests during sales/pre-sales and contract negotiation.

Clients:

  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key clients and projects and provide thought leadership/trusted advisor role.
  • Serve as an escalation point for project issues, ownership of Get to Green plans.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell additional services.

Partner Management:

  • Develop relationships with sub-contracting partners globally.
  • Exposure to NA and EU regions for partner engagement – contracting, onboarding, billing.

What you will need:

  • Energy Industry experience (Trading and Logistics) – ideally with exposure to the Aligne product.
  • Service delivery exposure – consulting preferred, 10+ years of experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.00 - $218,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
