Job summary

CAI, a global services firm, seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Public Relations & Corporate Communications to advance CAI's external and internal messaging. You will lead PR programs, manage an external agency, and partner with cross-functional teams under the Chief Marketing Officer.

This remote, full-time role requires stellar writing, strategic thinking, and proven leadership in a technology services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 7 years of progressive experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Experience mentoring a direct report and managing external PR agency relationships.
• Experience at a technology services company or SLED space preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone across formats.
• Strong project management and deadline discipline.
• Collaborative, relationship-driven approach with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify and shape compelling stories and awards submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of CAI's PR and corporate communications programs.
• Serve as primary liaison with external PR agency and align with business goals.
• Oversee internal communications to ensure brand messaging consistency.
• Develop and manage action plans translating strategy into execution steps.
• Coach and develop one direct report and monitor output quality.
• Track PR performance metrics and report results to leadership.
• Identify award opportunities and draft compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Operations, and leadership on programs.
