Job summary

VOX Global is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support Fortune 500 companies, associations and nonprofits in developing reputation and issue advocacy campaigns. You will lead campaign strategy, manage client relationships and drive tactical execution across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in public affairs, public relations, communications, political or campaign environments.
• Excellent writing, research and project management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in media relations and creating high-quality written materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign strategies and tactical plans in collaboration with senior team members.
• Create high-quality content including press releases, social/digital content, briefing documents, backgrounders and op-eds.
• Manage media relations programs including press list development, pitch strategy, and reporter outreach.
• Oversee project timelines, activity tracking and reporting for clients.
• Engage with clients on campaign progress, budgets and strategic recommendations.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Mentor junior team members on campaign execution and best practices.
• Support account management with scoping, timeline management and preliminary budget oversight.
