Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Utility Infrastructure Manager to lead power due diligence, utility engagement, and infrastructure solutioning for a large-scale e-commerce client.

You will assess site power, analyze interconnection feasibility, and translate grid constraints into actionable real estate decisions. This hands-on role interfaces with client leadership, utilities, and internal teams across markets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years or more of direct experience in utility design & coordination, electrical engineering for large scale infrastructure, and/or power & energy expertise.
• A background in electrical engineering, utility design & planning, and/or transmission and distribution operations is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret utility infrastructure data and assess substation capacity and interconnection feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead power due diligence across prospective sites including capacity research and utility portal coordination.
• Review and analyze utility easements, rights-of-way, and access agreements through full resolution process.
• Coordinate with utility account managers, ROW teams, and municipal contacts across markets.
• Produce clear due diligence summaries and maintain project trackers and documentation libraries.
