Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering with a strong background in test systems and equipment, electronic systems, and power systems protection products.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of test engineers or test technicians.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing products.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support in test methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware design, test system design, data analysis, troubleshooting, and production.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality control measures.
• Develop and maintain automated test systems and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes and product quality.
