Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Five years in Power and Energy/Power Generation/Power Systems required. Caterpillar experience preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees; conducts annual performance reviews and salary actions.
• Manages store financial goals and budget; updates yearly per guidelines.
• Communicates service goals and provides resources/direction to teams.
• Coaches CSRs and supervisors to ensure positive employee and customer relations.
• Ensures safety and maintains productive work environment with Corporate Safety Director.
• Maintains customer relations and addresses inquiries and complaints.
