Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in Power/Power Generation; CAT experience preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees, conducts annual performance reviews, and manages compensation and discipline.
• Manages store financial goals and budget; tracks expenses and updates budgets.
• Leads customer service goals and coaching for CSRs and supervisors.
• Ensures safety, quality control, and adherence to policies across operations.
• Maintains customer relations, resolves inquiries, and analyzes surveys for improvements.
