Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in power systems engineering with generation/transmission experience.
• Hands-on PSCAD EMT studies experience.
• Proficiency in PSLF/PSSE and ETAP for dynamics and power flow.
• Experience with interconnection standards (FERC/NERC) and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead power system studies for geothermal plant interconnections and grid integration.
• Perform transient overvoltage, dynamic stability, and short-circuit analyses.
• Develop and maintain plant models in ETAP/PSLF/PSCAD; produce clear study reports.
