Job summary

Eridu, a Silicon Valley hardware startup, seeks a senior Power Engineer to develop BMP power solutions for data centers. You will design DC-DC converters, AC-DC modules, and power management circuits, ensuring reliability and efficiency across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with PCB design and supplier teams to optimize performance, reduce EMI, and validate designs through thorough testing. A strong background in high-power systems and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• At least 10 years in power design, preferably high-power systems.
• Proficient in schematic capture and CAD layout review tools.
• Hands-on experience with BMP systems and power modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive power supply solutions including voltage regulation and distribution.
• Design DC-DC converters, AC-DC modules, linear regulators, and power circuits.
• Use H-spice or LTspice to model circuit performance and optimize designs.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers for optimal routing and placement.
• Implement EMI, noise reduction, and thermal management best practices.
• Work with suppliers to select reliable components for power regulation.
