Job summary

Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead power-sector projects in Nashville, TN. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams to deliver generation, substations, and distribution projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in project management within power/infrastructure, with strong client communication and risk management. PMP is preferred; salary ranges reflect market in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• PMP certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in project management or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing engineering or EPC-support projects in power generation, substations, transmission, distribution, or related electrical infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams, client interface, project controls, estimating support, procurement coordination, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and define execution strategies.
• Manage complex power-sector projects to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk.
• Support business development through client relationships, proposals, and technical scoping.
• Coordinate across electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, controls, environmental, estimating, procurement, and project controls disciplines.
• Provide training and mentorship to Project Engineers, Associate PMs, and PMs.
