Job summary

NAES is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple power generation projects, coordinating with Engineered Performance and Fleet Services teams. You will manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relations to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 8+ years of PM experience in power projects, and PMP certification. Remote work flexibility may apply based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Eight years of PM/Operations experience on major power generation projects.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize major power projects across teams.
• Build and manage project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Provide schedule updates and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets and financial plans.
• Mentor junior project managers on smaller projects.
• Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
