Pacer Group is seeking a Senior Power Platform & UiPath Developer to join the Automation Engineering Department in a hybrid Mount Laurel, NJ setting. You will architect scalable enterprise automation solutions, bridging business operations and IT infrastructure with Power Platform and UiPath.

The role focuses on end-to-end RPA development, including Canvas Apps, Dataverse schemas, REFramework, and cloud migrations, for a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• API integration & migration experience (REST APIs; On-Prem to Automation Cloud Migration).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath RPA.
• Microsoft certifications preferred (PL-400/PL-200) and UiPath credentials.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Canvas Apps, model-driven components, and Dataverse schemas.
• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Translate requirements into technical designs selecting Power Platform or UiPath as needed.
• Migrate processes from UiPath On-Premises to UiPath Automation Cloud/Orchestrator.
• Troubleshoot bot issues across development, QA, and production; support hypercare.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Automation Engineering Department seeks a Senior Developer reporting directly to the Technical Lead to solve complex workflow bottlenecks by architecting scalable enterprise automation solutions. This role bridges business operations and technical infrastructure by delivering high-impact integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath RPA ecosystems.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain Canvas Apps, model-driven components, and robust Dataverse schemas with environment-level ALM.
• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and reusable component libraries.
• Translate complex customer business requirements into technical designs that select the optimal tool for the use case: Power Platform, UiPath, or a hybrid integration.
• Execute process migrations from UiPath On-Premises to UiPath Automation Cloud / Orchestrator, managing assets, queues, credentials, and packages.
• Troubleshoot bot exceptions, performance issues, and environment defects across development, QA, and production tiers while supporting hypercare cycles.
