Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to sustain and evolve Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online solutions for federal health clients. The role emphasizes operations, maintenance, and gradual design of new capabilities to support NIH mission outcomes.

You will work in a small team, independently handling issues, with agile processes and CI/CD deployment practices, contributing to a transformative government-facing product stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint Online.
• Troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and site configurations.
• Integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 data sources.
• Power Automate flows and Power Apps canvas apps with Power Fx logic.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance public trust.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online solutions.
• Design and build new capabilities to support NIH/ federal health missions.
• Partner with customers to evolve mission-critical business systems.
• Read, diagnose, and safely modify flows, apps, and sites in a small team.
