Job summary

MetaPhase Consulting in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Power Platform Engineer to design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools for a federal client. You will lead architecture, development, and integration efforts to support mission-critical programs aligned with regulatory priorities.

The role requires Power Platform expertise, SDLC/Agile knowledge, and government experience. Onsite work at client HQ in Washington DC with security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in direct support of Government Agencies with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience with solution architecture, enterprise app development, technical leadership, and systems integration.
• Microsoft Power Platform expertise including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related services.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) or AB-100 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps Canvas/model-driven)
• Build and maintain workflows and automations with Power Automate
• Configure and manage Dataverse data
• Develop integrations using connectors, APIs, and custom connectors
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure governance, security, and best practices across solutions
• Support deployment across Dev, Test, Production environments
• Maintain documentation for apps, workflows, and configurations
