Job summary

FNF is seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to lead administration and operationalization of Microsoft Power Platform across the enterprise in a hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL. The candidate will define standards, strategy, and configuration under the Director of M365 Service Delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in Modern Workplace/M365 leadership, strong collaboration with IT teams, and a focus on security, DLP, and governance to empower enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of job-related experience in Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365 technical leadership.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft Power Platform program adoption and collaboration with neighboring technology teams.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Power Platform administration and operations, including environment strategy and governance.
• Define and implement ALM and monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Microsoft 365 Platform support team and Power Platform developers.
• Standardize environment deployment and data services governance (Dataverse).
• Coordinate with incident management teams and vendors to resolve outages.
• Support continual service improvements and budgeting in IT.
• Perform other duties as required.
