Job summary

Flairstech is seeking a senior Microsoft Power Platform developer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. You will build canvas and model-driven apps, automate processes, and integrate with Teams and external systems.

You will lead design discussions, mentor junior developers, ensure ALM and DevOps practices, and uphold governance and security across Microsoft 365 projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Power Platform development.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Implement ALM practices including deployment pipelines and environments.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with Teams and external systems.
