Job summary

ITCON Services seeks a motivated Technical Lead skilled in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to architect and hands-on develop enterprise Power Platform solutions.

The senior developer will guide design, architecture, and SDLC activities, creating system documentation and SOPs while collaborating with stakeholders across ITCON and Federal teams. Strong communication and 10+ years in IT are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT systems development with focus on Microsoft stack and cloud tech.
• 5+ years Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• 5+ years Model-driven and Canvas Apps development.
• Metadata- or configuration-driven applications and form management.
• Multi-stage approval and compliance workflows with Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Power Pages with external authentication, role-based security, and admin delegation.
• Integration of Power Platform with APIs and Azure services.
• Enterprise reporting using Power BI, Dataverse, and dimensional models.
• Azure Cloud applications development experience.
• Full SDLC, Agile, self-starter and strong communication.
• Bachelor’s or higher in STEM or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure scalable web applications.
• Lead architecture and hands-on development of Power Platform solutions.
• Create system documentation and SOPs for enterprise apps.
• Translate user stories into functional code with Power Platform.
• Support deployment, post-deployment reviews, and logs.
• Collaborate with team for estimation and requirements finalization.
• Define monitoring and troubleshooting methods for the system.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer with other developers and follow CI/CD best practices.
