Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. (IMC) seeks a senior Microsoft Power Platform expert to translate mission requirements into secure, scalable solutions for a large government customer.

Position is completely on-site in Dahlgren, VA, requiring US citizenship and DoD TS/SCI eligibility. Responsibilities include leading Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse initiatives, driving secure architectures, and delivering documentation and training to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed Microsoft certifications at start date.
• Willing to obtain certification within 90 days of starting position.
• Experience with architecting, developing, deploying, and sustaining Power Platform solutions in enterprise/government environments.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise data sources and systems.
• Designing secure, scalable, high-performance solutions in controlled environments.
• DoD 8140.03 certifications maintenance.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• US Citizenship required for this government contract.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance eligibility day one and prior to entry on duty.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical advisor for Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Analyze requirements and recommend secure, scalable architectures.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform apps, workflows, and data solutions.
• Build and manage integrations with approved data sources and implement business logic using Power Fx.
• Develop and optimize Power Automate flows, including RPA and legacy integrations.
• Create data models, dashboards, and analytics in Power BI for leadership decisions.
• Produce technical documentation and training materials for government stakeholders.
• Deliver trainings and briefings to system administrators and leadership.
• Coordinate with security personnel to ensure successful delivery and compliance.
