Job summary

CAM Integrated Solutions is seeking a Project/Engineering Manager to lead civil, mechanical, electrical, and I&C engineering across the full lifecycle of power plant projects in Houston. You will drive execution from conceptual design through commissioning, ensuring design integrity and schedule discipline.

The role requires hands‑on leadership of multi‑discipline teams, adherence to codes (ASME, API, IEEE, NFPA, IEC), and collaboration with OEMs and EPC partners to deliver successful plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in power generation engineering, including combined cycle and/or simple cycle projects.
• Direct involvement in at least one successful full‑cycle plant delivery (design through commissioning).
• Experience leading multi‑discipline engineering teams on complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C functions across full project lifecycle.
• Ensure engineering quality, design integrity, and compliance with codes and standards.
• Drive schedule discipline, risk mitigation, and document control for engineering deliverables.
• Field engagement with construction teams to resolve issues and optimize build efficiency.
• Interface with OEMs and EPC partners; manage technical bid evaluations and vendor deliverables.
• Support commissioning, start‑up, and plant performance testing to meet targets.
