Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an energy professional to join our FCA Energy & Environment team supporting federal agencies. Incoming Senior Consultants will analyze energy-sector data, build models, and deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain public trust, and a hybrid work arrangement with up to 3–5 days onsite in Washington, DC. 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 3–5 years of energy-sector analysis or related experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust.
• Knowledge of energy systems, markets, and policy.
• Experience with quantitative modeling and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analyses on energy systems, markets, and policy issues.
• Develop analytical models and assessments to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Prepare technical memoranda and client deliverables.
• Present findings to senior client leadership.
