You will take ownership of financial analyses for power investments, develop and audit complex models, and translate assumptions into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or another quantitative field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation or other quantitatively intensive financial analysis.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and willingness to take ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, and strong PowerPoint skills.
• English proficiency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of financial analysis for assigned investment opportunities.
• Develop, audit, and enhance complex financial models to support investment evaluation.
• Critically assess and challenge commercial, operating, construction, and financing assumptions underpinning investment evaluations.
• Support the financial monitoring and optimization of projects through development, construction and operations, identifying deviations from investment assumptions and opportunities to enhance value.
• Evaluate the valuation implications of technical and commercial inputs.
• Lead sensitivity analysis to identify and assess the key drivers of investment value.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable investment recommendations.
• Prepare and present investment conclusions and recommendations to team leadership and senior business stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for smaller-scale investment workstreams.
