Responsibilities include quantifying and preparing estimate packages for industrial/mechanical projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. This position offers a competitive salary range of $135,000-$160,000, along with comprehensive benefits, in a collaborative team environment in Vancouver, WA.
Qualifications
5+ years of estimating experience of industrial/mechanical projects ranging from $5k - $20M+.
Equivalent technical experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Strong acumen in mathematical calculations and data processing.
Responsibilities
Lead preconstruction activities and the pursuit of new construction projects.
Accurately quantify, price, strategize, and prepare estimate packages.
Solicit competitive material and subcontractor pricing.
