Responsibilities include quantifying and preparing estimate packages for industrial/mechanical projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. This position offers a competitive salary range of $135,000-$160,000, along with comprehensive benefits, in a collaborative team environment in Vancouver, WA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience of industrial/mechanical projects ranging from $5k - $20M+.
• Equivalent technical experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong acumen in mathematical calculations and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities and the pursuit of new construction projects.
• Accurately quantify, price, strategize, and prepare estimate packages.
• Solicit competitive material and subcontractor pricing.
