Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience of industrial/mechanical projects ranging from $5k – $20M+.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities and pursue new construction projects.
• Accurately quantify, price, and prepare estimate packages.
• Solicit competitive material and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop detailed labor manhour estimates based on project specs.
• Review and correct others’ takeoffs and estimates.
