Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior electrical power systems owner to drive pre-construction design, facilities integration, and utility negotiations across a growing site portfolio. You’ll size loads, plan interconnections, and shape resiliency architectures to ensure reliable production in real-world conditions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical power systems in utility, industrial, data center, or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience taking projects from load study through interconnection to energization, including multi-megawatt scales.
• Fluency with NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 110, and IEEE standards, plus arc flash and coordination studies.
• Track record negotiating with utilities on service, tariffs, and line extensions.
• Ability to build defensible load models with equipment lists and diversity factors.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, and reliability standards.
• Willingness to travel to sites across the U.S. and operate as sole owner of a domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the power narrative for new sites from selection through commissioning.
• Right-size demand using load models and defend numbers to designers, utilities, and finance.
• Define interconnection strategy including metering, transformer sizing, and staging for early occupancy.
• Define backup and resiliency architecture with generators, UPS, and battery storage.
• Review AE design packages for sizing and maintainability; ensure proper documentation and turnover.
• Build playbooks and standards to repeat the approach at future sites.
• Lead engagement with utilities and drive favorable interconnection and service terms.
