Job summary
Qualifications
- Strong experience in power electronics product development and commercialization support.
- Deep knowledge of power semiconductors (MOSFETs/IGBTs) and common conversion topologies.
- Hands-on with lab equipment and characterization; modeling/simulation and design/layout tools.
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop reference design kits, evaluation boards, and characterization hardware to support product commercialization.
- Lead silicon validation and device/system characterization to support datasheets and qualification.
- Drive engineering execution end-to-end (performance, cost, schedule) and contribute to product/platform roadmaps.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers to deliver robust platform solutions.
