Job summary

Until is building a breakthrough cryopreservation platform aiming to rewarm organs and whole bodies with MHz-frequency energy delivery. We seek an elite engineer who can own the architecture of extreme power electronics hardware from first principles, deriving models while wiring up real lab experiments to validate designs.

You will prototype, test, and iterate high-voltage, high-current systems, collaborating across engineers, physicists, and cryobiologists to push performance beyond

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of power electronics, electromagnetics, and analog design.
• 7+ years designing high-energy power systems or an advanced degree with a track record.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture of rewarming hardware from concept to validated prototype.
• Design novel power converters, resonant networks, and impedance matching.
• Lead system tradeoff studies across topology, frequency, voltage, insulation, thermal, and safety.
• Prototype, test, and debug hardware and instrumentation in the lab.
• Operate and validate high-voltage, high-current laboratory infrastructure.
