Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of power electronics design experience.
Proven experience with ZVS and multilevel inverter topologies.
Strong magnetics design and thermal management background.
Experience taking power conversion designs from concept to production.
Proficiency with simulation tools such as PLECS or Simulink.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of ZVS and multilevel inverter topologies for renewable energy power conversion systems.
Own power stage architecture decisions, including topology selection and thermal management.
Drive circuit design and validation from concept through prototyping and production release.
Collaborate with firmware/controls to optimize switching strategies and control loops.
Lead bench validation, efficiency mapping, and thermal testing for grid-tied systems.
Provide technical leadership, setting design standards and best practices across teams.
Drive design reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure production readiness.
