Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor (AOS) seeks an experienced Process Integration Engineer to join Jireh Semiconductor in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role focuses on silicon power device process technology, flow implementation, and wafer yield monitoring in a dynamic fab environment.

The engineer will design DOE studies, create test structures, and collaborate with design and product teams to troubleshoot device issues, drive reliability, and enable New Product Introduction on existing platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a development role (power device development preferred).
• Working knowledge in semiconductor process technology and wafer fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Develop silicon power device process technology and monitor wafer yield.
• Implement process flows and specify process requirements.
• Define test structures for integration and module development.
• Design experiments and analyze results to optimize device architecture.
• Collaborate with design groups to troubleshoot device issues and share expertise.
• Develop devices ensuring reliability; test and characterize performance.
• Support New Product Introduction on existing platform.
• Yield monitoring and improvement actions; drive platform reliability and yield.
