JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of this position is project development of power generation and energy storage projects that support Entergy’s stated reliability and sustainability goals. This includes the development of large utility-scale projects or programs of distribution-scale projects. Responsibilities include managing the development and delivery of projects to which he or she is assigned, with a focus on projects that can achieve project cost and schedule objectives while achieving excellence in the areas of project safety and quality. This position is directly responsible for the management and oversight of all front-end loading stages of project development and effective hand-off to an execution project team.
This project manager is responsible for assembling and providing leadership needs of the cross-functional project team, technology understanding and experience, and building an effective relationship with key internal & external individuals.
