Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a senior Power Conversion Electrical Engineer IV to design and analyze DC/DC power converters and filters for space and Hi-Rel applications. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers and Customers and may lead projects.

Responsibilities include modeling circuit performance, radiation-tolerant control circuitry, system integration, testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in dc-dc power conversion and control system design.
• Experience with radiation effects on components and high-reliability hardware.
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering; MS/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and simulate circuit or system performance of dc-dc power converters and filters.
• Design radiation-tolerant control circuitry and perform detailed analyses.
• Lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers.
