Job summary

Winigent is hiring a Senior Power BI Report Engineer for a full-time, US-based role. The person will work hands-on with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear reporting requirements and deliver production-ready reports.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of BI or reporting experience and advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query/M, Service, RLS, deployment pipelines, paginated reports, and performance optimization.

• Experience building reports against existing Power BI semantic models.

We're hiring a Senior Power BI Report Engineer for a full-time, US-based role with Winigent!

This is a hands-on position for an experienced Power BI professional who can work directly with business stakeholders, translate business needs into clear reporting requirements, assess those requirements against available data, and independently deliver production-ready reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-10 years of BI or reporting experience
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query/M, Power BI Service, RLS, deployment pipelines, paginated reports, and performance optimization experience
• Experience building reports against existing Power BI semantic models
• Strong stakeholder-facing and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience partnering with India-based development teams
• Experience identifying data or model gaps and coordinating with technical teams to resolve them
• End-to-end ownership of report design, validation, deployment, training, and support

Preference will be given to candidates in the greater Seattle area, particularly the Eastside, though exceptional remote candidates elsewhere in the US may be considered.
