Job summary

OMG Technology in Secaucus, NJ seeks an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with SQL to lead enterprise BI and data integration initiatives. The role is hybrid (1 day per week) and focuses on dashboards, data modeling, and performance tuning.

You'll work with data engineers, BI developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, DAX, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, and SQL Server, including Oracle RDS migrations and Databricks projects.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Database Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Excellent expertise in PL/SQL and SQL development.
• Strong experience developing and optimizing Oracle SQL Queries, Views, Stored Procedures, Packages and Functions.
• Experience with Oracle RDS.
• Hands-on experience with database migration projects.
• Experience with SQL Server.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Power BI Developer with SQL with strong expertise in Oracle database development, performance tuning, database optimization, and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, PL/SQL, Oracle RDS, SQL Server, AWS, reporting.

This role requires a strong database professional who can design, develop, optimize, and migrate enterprise-scale databases and support reporting and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Oracle database solutions.
• Develop complex and high-performing SQL and PL/SQL code, including stored procedures, packages, functions, and views.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization, including query optimization, indexing, and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Develop and maintain solutions within Oracle RDS environments.
