Title: Senior Power BI Developer (Healthcare)
Location: Onsite - Rocky Hill, CT
Working Hours : 11.30AM- 8PM EST

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our team for an onsite position in Rocky Hill, CT. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end Power BI development experience and a strong background in healthcare data analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Power BI solutions.
• Optimize and improve existing reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Integrate various healthcare data sources into Power BI (EHR systems, patient records, billing data, etc.).
• Develop and implement data models to support analytical reports.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across healthcare datasets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Overall 9+ years Industry Experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Strong background in healthcare data, including familiarity with patient records, clinical data, billing, and operational metrics.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Power BI development (from data acquisition, modeling, report development to publishing).
• Expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and other Power BI development techniques.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, Web Services, etc.) into Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, clinical software, billing systems).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy standards.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, etc.).
