Roth Staffing is seeking a Senior Clinical Programming Analyst (Power BI Developer) for an Irvine, CA area engagement with remote options. You will design and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards for clinical studies, using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and MS Fabric, bringing strong DAX and SQL skills.

The role collaborates with clinical project teams to gather requirements, develops data deliverables, and ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Proficient in Power Query M and DAX.
• Strong SQL knowledge and complex queries.
• Experience with data modeling and data transformation.
• Experience liaising with customers to document requirements.
• Experience producing complex clinical study reports using Power BI.
• Adherence to SOPs and a regulated environment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify clinical reporting needs with stakeholders.
• Develop reports/dashboards using Power BI Desktop, MS Fabric, and PBI Service.
• Participate in design, development, testing and maintenance of clinical study reports.
• Ensure deliverables comply with SOPs and regulatory rules.
• Collaborate with Clinical IT to resolve technical issues.
